Watercolor Basics Workshops
Supply fee covers hot and cold pressed paper; rough paper, cotton paper, and non-conventional surfaces (e.g., Aquabord, claybord)

White with flat mixing areas. Two white Styrofoam plates will work.
burnt sienna, ultramarine blue and another blue of your choice; a yellow, red, and green of your choice. Other colors as desired. Black and white are not necessary.
- #4 round or #2 rigger or liner
- #8 or #10 round
- 1” flat or 1” hake (if possible)
- ½” angle shader (if possible)
- Small scrubber brush
1” binder, a pad of watercolor paper, pencil, black fine Sharpie permanent marker, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, white plastic eraser, white artist tape or stapler, masking fluid, small spray bottle, small piece of bar soap, tablespoon of salt, roll of paper towels, toothbrush, 2 water containers, drawing or painting board at least 11” x 15” (aka Gatorboard or incredible art board), storage container of your choice for supplies.
Supply Rental Kits (optional)
$20 per student per workshop covers the following supplies, used during the workshop:
- Watercolor palette
- Watercolor paints
- Asst. of brushes
- Watercolor pencils, iridescent medium
- Artist tape, stapler, salt, pencil, eraser, toothbrush, paper towels, water containers, atomizer spray bottle
**artist quality watercolor papers and boards are not included in this fee as they are covered in a separate supply fee required for all participants. Supply rental fee has been lowered to reflect this.
