1. Large Sketch Pad or large separate sheets of Sketch Paper, Pencils and Erasers
2. A selection of Acrylic “Craft” Paints – best brands to buy are “Folk Art”, and “Americana” which can be found at Michaels or A.C. Moore
3. Large bottle of “Liquitex matte medium”
4. Disposable 11 x 16 inch paper pallet pad
5. A selection of soft nylon brushes -
         (1) 1” flat
         (1) 3/4” flat
         (1) Each of the following rounds, #10, #8, #6
         (1) #2 line brush
6. Container for water (like large empty yogurt container)
7. Roll of paper towels
8. (2-4) sheets of illustration board, poster board or foam core 20 x 30” each
9. Photographs, sketches or ideas in books that you want to work from. Bring your ideas to class for your own project in which to work on. if you have experience as a painter, mural painter or artist of any type, please bring photos of your work- i'd love to see what you do! and it is helpful in working out your ideas.
